All enquiries regarding anti-dumping and countervailing action should be addressed to the Director: Trade Remedies Policy, Private Bag X753, Pretoria.The Directorate has a liaison officer who will arrange for a meeting with the potential Petitioner in order to provide the necessary questionnaire and explain what information should be submitted. |

Anti-dumping duties are imposed through a publication in the Government Gazette by the South African Revenue Services (SARS). Anti-dumping duties will stay in place for five years, unless an interested party requests a review of these duties. |
