Trade Remedies.

The primary function of the Trade Remedies Unit is to manage and monitor all investigations with regards to alleged dumping and subsidized export and to assist ITAC  in decision -making regarding these investigations.

• Action against dumping
• Action against subsidised exports
• Safeguard action
• Interim Review of the anti-dumping or countervailing duty
• Sunset review of duties in place for five years
• New shipper reviews
• Action against alleged circumvention of anti-dumping and countervalling duties
• Absorption of anti dumping or countervalling duties
• Regulations and WTO Agreements
