Sunset review of duties in place for five years
To determine whether any anti-dumping or countervailing duty that has been in place for five years needs to be continued, i.e.whether there will be a continuation or recurrence of injurious dumping or injurious subsidised exports if the duty were to be removed.

  Anti-dumping duties are imposed through a publication in the Government Gazette by the South African Revenue Services (SARS). Anti-dumping duties will stay in place for five years, unless an interested party requests a review of these duties.
